This site has promised a 50% refund to customers who placed orders before this announcement. Please check your email for compensation details. Customers who place orders after this will no longer receive additional compensation for delivery delays.

Notice on adjustment of delivery time of Rouzao products and suspension of orders for some products

Thank you for your support and trust in Rouzao. In view of the recent activities and the upcoming holidays, the factory has a large backlog of orders. In order to ensure the smooth production and delivery of customized goods in the near future, Rouzao will adjust the delivery time of all products and suspend orders for some products. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

【Product delivery time adjustment】

• ① The delivery time of paper products (imitation Polaroid/paper laser tickets/postcards/square cards/ordinary colored paper/posters) from Hangzhou factory is still about 5 days after placing the order
• ② The estimated delivery time for all double flashing signs/stands without bases is adjusted to about 10 days after the order is placed
• ③ The estimated delivery time of acrylic bricks/grating cards & grating small fans/PVC transparent cards is adjusted to about 15 days after placing an order
• ④ The estimated delivery time for other products is adjusted to about 7 days after placing the order

[Stop accepting orders for some products]

• From 20:50 on December 11, we will stop accepting orders for acrylic bricks/grating cards & grating small fans/PVC transparent cards
• ⚠️For orders placed before 20:50 on December 11, the factory will continue to produce and ship as usual
