This is a website that sells VTuber related merchandises (original, fanart, and fan-made). We are committed to breaking down offline regional barriers, providing viewers with a high-quality online shopping experience and providing creators with a complete peripheral sales channel while protecting user privacy. Is this the official merchandise store for a specific streamer?

No, the original intention of this website was just to open an online store for fun, and to make some cheap peripherals for myself and my friends. So I was inspired by UwU Market and started it. Therefore, it is a spontaneously established unofficial peripheral store and has nothing to do with any specific anchor or project.

All the self-operated secondary creation peripherals of this site are sold according to the "Virtual Anchor Peripheral Transparent Pricing Policy". For the specific policy, please see the detailed description below.

Do you have authorization to sell peripherals like this?

The peripheral products produced based on the original illustrations in the self-operated products have verbal authorization in the live broadcast room (peripheral sales authorization)

The peripheral products based on the image in the self-operated products have all obtained the commercial authorization of the corresponding creators, and the materials used are all commercial manuscripts. The corresponding creators have been marked on the specific product pages. If you have any questions, you can confirm it yourself (some products will not be marked at the request of the creators themselves)

What are the operating costs of this website? Is it profitable?

Shopify will charge a fixed subscription fee of $348 USD/year and a platform fee of 2.9% + $0.30 USD per order. Payments made through payment channels (Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.) will be charged a handling fee of about 2%. The final selling price of each item of the self-operated products of this site will be determined by the original "Transparent Pricing Policy for VTuber Merchandise (TPPVM)" of this site. The third-party products (cooperative products) sold on this website will be sold at the price agreed upon by the third party.

Whether it is manpower or capital, this site will maintain operation at the lowest possible cost for a long time. The future vision is to make profits through commissions from third-party cooperative products and special limited products (if this model is feasible)

Why not use domestic platforms such as Taobao?

The opening process is relatively cumbersome for overseas entities; they do not trust the data security and user privacy of the mainland China platform.

So how do you ensure the security of user data?

This website is built on the Shopify platform. As of now (2023), Shopify has no record of data leakage. This record is based on the statistics of haveibeenpwned.com , which can be checked by yourself (the website once recorded that Taobao leaked 21 million user data)

You don't need to register an account to buy goods on this site (you can register, but it's not necessary). You can place an order by filling in the delivery address directly. Your delivery information will be saved directly on Shopify's server. When placing an order, please fill in a real and valid email address so that you can receive order status updates (you can even fill in a fake one, but you will not receive order updates)

When you purchase goods on this site, this site will provide your delivery information to the corresponding supplier (specific information includes: name, phone number, delivery address. Email address is not included). I can guarantee that your personal information is safe and will not be leaked on this site, but I cannot guarantee that the same is true on the supplier side. This site is not interested in your personal information. If you are worried that your delivery address may be maliciously leaked by this site or a third-party supplier, you can use a pseudonym when placing an order (such as Mr. X, Ms. Y, Z, or any nickname), and use the delivery address provided by the collection or forwarding service (search "express collection" on Taobao, and "package forwarding service" for overseas. You don't need to use your real name to shop on this site. You can use any virtual mobile number or any number that can receive text messages to receive the pickup code for the courier collection cabinet. The WeChat payment process of this website follows the payment process of the formal cross-border payment platform NihaoPay . It is not a personal scan code transfer between individuals. The platform does not allow merchants to see the payer's account information.

Why is USD displayed when I use Alipay/WeChat payment?

Because the operating entity of this website is in the United States, the settlement will be in US dollars, but it will be automatically converted into RMB when you pay. The amount you pay will not be counted into your personal foreign exchange quota.

Can you provide an invoice?

No, this website is an online store operated in the United States and does not exist in the tax system of mainland China. If you are in mainland China, purchasing goods on this website can be understood as an overseas consumption behavior, and this website cannot provide you with an "invoice".

Why can't some items be delivered to my location?

Due to cost considerations, POD products in mainland China are only available for sale in mainland China. If you need to purchase such products, please change your current location to "China" at the bottom of the page and fill in a mainland China address when checking out, or use a forwarding service on your own.

What are POD products?

POD stands for Print on Demand. After receiving the order, our website will directly pass the order requirements to the POD supplier for production, so there is no need to accumulate inventory, and we will produce as much as the demand. The disadvantage is that the cost of each piece will be higher than that of bulk orders, but it is more suitable for small batches and scattered parts sales during non-activity events.

Most of the products sold on this site are POD products.

What is the quality of the product?

The quality of the product usually depends on the quality of the POD supplier. At present, there are not many POD suppliers with good processes and experience in China. Our domestic shipments are mainly from Rouzao , which has good overall quality and focuses on cost performance. Overseas shipments are mainly from Printful and Printify , which have relatively better quality, but of course the cost will be much higher. If you find a better POD supplier in China, please let me know by email.

Why is the delivery so slow?

Because I am very autistic, this site is maintained by only one person, and I don't have the energy to hire and manage cheap labor, so I can't achieve the delivery speed of most shopping platforms in mainland China.
