Size Issues
All self-operated products on our site are made-to-order; therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to size issues. Each product's specific size is indicated on its product page, so please confirm your size before placing an order.
For non-self-operated products on our site: If you need to change the size due to a sizing issue, we offer a size exchange service within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately at s@subspace.shop. Please note that we can only process one size exchange per order. Additionally, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process it within 7 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
We adhere to a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. This includes all pre-order products/subscription products and limited-time items. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at s@subspace.shop within 7 days of delivery. Claims made outside this time frame will not be accepted. When contacting us, please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
